Bedtime chocolate snack anyone? Clearly I am on a chocolate kick
Who else loves a little chocolate before bed?! Double tap
Good news is.. these totally fit into my nutrition plan! My plans are all about creating sustainable results + healthy change WHILE enjoying life and the foods you eat.
Life is WAY too short to be on an endless stream of diets that don’t ever work (or last) anyway. It’s also too short to NOT enjoy your food! Yes food is fuel for our bodies, minds and souls but idk about you but I prefer mine to also taste REAL good! Eating healthier doesn’t have to mean bland chicken and boiled tasteless veggies.

Oh, and here’s your next favorite chocolate snack bite recipe.. good luck trying not to eat them all at once. See photo 2.. that’s my response to Jeff asking how many I’ve had ). Seriously though.. they’re THAT good.
Save for a day you’re needing that chocolate fix + share with your friends!
- 4 medjool dates, pitted
- 1 can black beans, drained + rinsed
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 TBSP honey
- 2 scoops Chocolate superfoods (Order Regular Here or Vegan Here)
- 1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp salt
Dump first two ingredients in food processor, pulse for one minute. Add the rest of the ingredients, pulse until well blended.
Roll into 1-inch balls. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Try not to eat them all at once 😂
Chef’s note: I also added some mini PB chips at the end. Coconut flakes would be an amazing option in here too!
