5 Minute Brownies! 😋

I’m picking up some hours tomorrow with my friends across the bridge and made these to take in!

I stumbled across a new blog, Ambitious Kitchen, and was instantly met with SO many amazing recipes. These are SO GOOD! and SO EASY! I far too late realized I didn’t have an avocado in the house 🤦🏻‍♀️ so I used 1/2 banana as a substitute (same texture, little stronger flavor obviously.. but who doesn’t love chocolate PB and banana?)

RECIPE

  • 1 can black beans, rinsed + drained
  • 2 eggs (3 if you like cake-ier brownies)
  • 1/2 cup + 1 TBSP cocoa powder
  • 1 TBSP melted coconut oil
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup brown sugar

THROW IT ALL IN A FOOD PROCESSOR- EASY AF!

Then stir in 1/3c chips of choice (plus 1 TBSP to top with.. I usually go w PB!), dump into a greased 8×8 dish and bake at 350 for 25-35 minutes or until the top starts to crack.

Good luck keeping them around longer than a day 🤪 Not a chance in the OR.. food goes quick around those parts.

I’d love to know- what’s your go-to dish for a potluck or party?!
