How are your habits working out for you?
Are they leading you in a positive direction or a negative one?
We are humans, living, breathing, walking ecosystems. We are never stagnant. We’re either living or dying, moving towards a goal or away from it. Each habit and action moves us up or down on the spectrum.
Not so many years ago, my habits weren’t working out so well for me. No matter how “good” a person I was, my unhealthy habits weighed more. Whatever you’re doing/thinking consistently will produce your results, good or bad.
