It’s up to us to change our thoughts, and sometimes we need to take some action to give our mindset a little push in the right direction. Endorphins anyone? .
Here’s a little inside scoop.I don’t always “feel like” working out True story. But I know what the during and after feels like. I know how it gets me “unstuck” from a thought pattern or mood. I know I’ll never regret doing it
