-Regular
-Narrow with lateral press at top
Table Top
-Leg lifts (flex that foot!)
-Rainbows
Side Lying
-Heel Kickbacks (act like you’re pressing a bottom dresser drawer shut behind you)
Standing:
-Lateral lifts
Squat Walks- wide and narrow
Duck Walks- 2 up 2 back
