Here’s a little eye opener booty werk for ya!

10 reps each move, complete the whole thing x3

Glute Raises:

-Narrow with lateral press at top

Table Top

-Leg lifts (flex that foot!)

Side Lying

-Heel Kickbacks (act like you’re pressing a bottom dresser drawer shut behind you)


-Lateral lifts

Squat Walks- wide and narrow

Duck Walks- 2 up 2 back
