Yoga was never my “thing” until a few years ago. I started by needing a way to stretch my overly tight hamstrings which were causing some serious lower back pain. Add that to my tight neck and shoulders which were prone to days-long painful spasms and you can imagine the type of mood I’d be in some days 🤪😫

What I didn’t know was that I’d find a soul quenching practice and some amazing people + teachers 🥰 I also have a huge library of at home options when I’m not out supporting my local loves!

There are SO many types of yoga styles and classes out there, find what makes your soul sing 💕 Bikram was an awesome mind and body challenge, and I always love the flow and sculpt ones. Restorative sessions will always hold a special place and usually bring some tears as I just release anything holding me back that no longer serves me 💕
